PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Netlight will process your personal data, including your name and contact details, to contact you for discussions about potential business opportunities, networking, and knowledge-sharing. We use the personal data you provide when filling out the Netlight Insights form. We will only contact you once initially, and if we do not receive a response, we will not contact you again.Netlight will process your Personal data in order to fulfil the purposes described above. The legal basis for processing is your consent.
RETENTION PERIOD
Netlight will retain your Personal data for as long as the Netlight Insights form is in force (or earlier if your Personal data proves to be no longer of relevance for the purposes of processing).We may process some Personal data after this date, limited to Personal data that is necessary in order to fulfil our legitimate interest to establish, exercise and defend against potential legal claims and to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. in the area of accounting).
DISCLOSURE
Netlight may share your Personal data with its group companies for knowledge sharing and networking purposes, which include sharing of data with Netlight Consulting AB, Netlight AS, Netlight Consulting ApS, Netlight Consulting Oy, Netlight Consulting GmbH, Netlight Consulting B.V. and Netlight Consulting AG.Furthermore, Netlight may transfer your Personal data to courts and authorities to fulfil our legitimate interest in establishing, exercising and defending legal claims.Moreover, Netlight may engage service providers (such as IT providers) to process your Personal data on behalf of Netlight. Such service providers will only process your Personal data in accordance with Netlight's express instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.If your Personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, which does not provide the same level of data protection, Netlight will take steps to ensure that the recipients commit to ensure an adequate level of protection of your Personal data, e.g. by concluding data transfer agreements which includes standard data protection clauses adopted by the EU Commission. YOUR RIGHTS
Netlight will take steps in accordance with Applicable Data Privacy Law to keep your Personal data accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you identify that any Personal data related to you is inadequate, incomplete or incorrect, you are entitled to have the Personal data corrected.You are also if so provided under Applicable Data Privacy Law entitled to:
Request confirmation whether or not Personal data is processed and if that is the case access to your Personal data and additional information such as the purposes of the processing. You are also entitled to receive a copy of the Personal data undergoing processing. If the request is made by electronic means the information will be provide in a commonly used electronic format if you do not request otherwise;
object to any processing of your Personal data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation;
have your Personal data erased under certain circumstances;
withdraw your consent to processing of your Personal data to the extent the processing is based on your consent;
restrict the processing of your Personal data to only comprise storage of your Personal data under certain circumstances; and
receive a machine-readable copy of the Personal data processed on the basis of your consent or on the basis that the processing is necessary in order to perform the purposes set out in the Media Consent Form, and which Personal data have been provided to Netlight by you (data portability).
